Returns Policy 

We know returns can be a headache, so we're all about making it as easy as poss for you.  Here's how it works.

Please ensure you check the delivery upon arrival and let us know if there is anything out of place as soon as possible.  If something isn’t right the quicker you let us know, the quicker we can get it sorted!

Should the products you ordered arrive damaged or faulty then please notify us as soon as you can (within 48hours) by completing the online returns form.  Please click here to view the online returns form.

Our priority will be to ensure you have the replacement products ASAP.  We know how frustrating it is not having the goods you need to get the job done!  We will also be in touch to arrange collection or otherwise of the product in question. 

No longer needed?

Should you no longer need any of the products ordered from us then please get in touch within 15 working days from receiving the products by completing the online returns form, click here.  The products must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.  We will then be in touch to confirm the return number and address.

All present & correct?

Please check you order against the delivery note upon arrival and let us know if anything is out of order within 48 hours by completing the online returns form, click here.  Alternatively, you can email us at sales@surescape.co.uk with all the details.  We will then work with you to ensure you have the correct goods as soon as possible.

Mistakes happen

Please let us know ASAP (within 48 hours from receipt of order) if you have discovered you clicked the wrong button at some stage.  Please complete the online returns form, click here, or simply email us at sales@surescape.co.uk.  We will be back in touch as soon as possible to confirm the returns number and address.


All monies will be refunded into the same account or onto the same card as the payment was made.  Please all 14 working days for the refund to be processed and transferred into your account.  For more details please see our terms and conditions by clicking here.

Please do not send any products back to us without a returns number or returns note.  We must confirm the returns number and address with you before you send any goods back to us.
